UPSC CSE 2024 - Final Results Out (22-04-2025)
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the final results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024 on April 22, 2025. A total of 1,009 candidates have been recommended for appointment across various civil services, including the IAS, IPS, IFS, and other central services. Additionally, 230 candidates have been placed on the reserve list.

In the recently announced UPSC Civil Services Examination results, students from the Telugu states have showcased their talent remarkably. E. Sai Shivani stood out by securing the 11th rank. She is the eldest daughter of Raju and Rajitha, residents of Shivanagar in Warangal. Her father is reportedly working as a medical representative. Interestingly, Sai Shivani had also secured the 11th rank zonally in the recently held TSPSC Group exams, making her achievement in the UPSC with the same rank even more notable.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) had released the notification in February last year for recruitment into various central services including IAS, IPS, and IFS. The Prelims exam was held on June 16, and the Mains were conducted from September 20 to October 2 for those who qualified. The candidates who cleared the Mains underwent personality tests/interviews between January 7 and April 17, following which the final results have now been released.
In total, 1,009 candidates were selected for various services including IAS, IFS, IPS, and Central Group A & B services. The category-wise selection includes:
General Category – 335 candidates
EWS – 109 candidates
OBC – 318 candidates
SC – 160 candidates
ST – 87 candidates
Additionally, 230 candidates have been placed on the reserve list as per the Civil Services Examination regulations.

UPSC has also announced that the mark sheets of the candidates will be made available on its website within 15 days.
